He needs to produce a letter which indicates that he has renounced his citizenship.
An official letter from homeland security will suffice.

Not a nabar iyo naxdin letter written by his secretary.

Let him go to Kenya and surrender his US passport and naturalisation documents.

Then let him take a photo with the official naturalisation document inside the US embassy with the US ambassador present.
Then we will beleive it.

Dual citizenship is not the issue.Drafting a new constitution to bar dual citizenship holders is a mockery when you have AMISOM and Alshabab in the region.
