In a response to HSM’s dialogue regarding his relationship with Puntland that was parroted by his friend Ina Farole of the GO Mafia, Puntland’s Justice Minister Maxamed Cabdiwahaab released a powerful response on his social channels today.
Wasiir Maxamed highlighted 10 points that the 3 FGS admins have refused to confront head on and that led to 2 of them to failure. Read and enjoy.

3) Agreement on the building of a national security apparatus (our army, navy, intelligence, etc.) with an understanding of how it will operate.

9) Agreement on the status of the country’s capital, it’s representation in the government, and the laws governing it.
10) The agreement of all on the regulations and laws governing Somalia before they’re presented to the respective federal agencies.
