PL budget for 2020 "346 million Dollar"

@Samaalism As for increasing taxes on SL/GM/ and anyone that is connected to the PL 'trade hub' isn't a problem for me. I am just angry they increased it on locals also. This will mean less spending in our market--place, therefore less hiring. Do I want to see our govt use our taxes responsibily and build the required 'infrastructure' to generate growth of course I do. Do I know it's highly unlikely and will be embezzled by corrupt companies or officials, most likely.

That's why I prefer a low tax approach, let's not bother our people taxes untill we reach a governance level that is 'trustworthy' is my point and then they can increase the taxes. But while our governance isn't up to scratch, why 'increase the taxes'? As for increasing taxes on non puntites who use our infrastructure like roads and other services, I do support that. I support Deni PL FIRST economic approach this is a must. We do not lose anything because most of our 'trade' is local in PL, it's not connected to SL so you can't retailate bruv. PL has nothing to do with SL, it's poorer then us, it's you who depends on the RICHER AND STRONGER PL ECONOMY. Plus our ARMY IS HUGE BRUV

PL economy is tied to our local customers who are based in PL, we don't give two shits about a few trucks from SL trying to secure new markets, u will pay extra in order to punish your goods in the market place and increase puntite growth. I suggest u stick to SL zone and stop coming into PL, this market place is basically 'shut' for your petty traders.
Bro your coming up with straw mans I thought you wanted to adopt the culture of growth through criticism. If you don’t understand trade tariffs t trader doesn’t pay the tariff he marks up the price to make the consumer pay for the tariff and berbera goods are still cheaper than bosaso goods after the tariffs and try just pour in from Ethiopia anyways so there is no point of the tariff you’re just causing less disposable income for your population.

The nonsense somalilanders work low skilled labour in xamar and puntland is just not true. Some hawiye say that at times because there are isaaq that make fun of the state they’re in and it’s just an insult to say but there is no low skilled workers in xamar there are only mercenary politicians and those who they get gov jobs who milk the breast of xamar.

What are the sectors of work that’s employing puntlanders that Somaliland doesn’t have? Earlier you were saying Somaliland just has hotels. Ok if we just have hotels and you don’t that means the hotel business in Somaliland will need a lot of employees. So why would people leave SL to work in a hotel in PL. bro your delusional. Somaliland has headquarters for many business like dahabshill world remit somtel telesom. It has a Coca-Cola factory it has the largest flour factory in Somalia. A cement company is under construction. Our water bottles are all over the country. We have the cheapest port and our ganacsato have a monapoly in Somali galbeed oromiya puntland and stuff trickles down into konfuur. We have the busiest airport and have the most expats coming back in the summers and spending money in SL. We export the most geel. Like I want to know a sector of the economy where you’re ahead.

It’s like puntland political elites are on these fkd websites. When you’re ridiculed about your population magically puntland releases a report claiming 4 million inhabitants. When your ridiculed about your economy magically your budget rises from 54 million to 350+ million. Puntland is a sharaad. That’s not going to do anything because when we all have to put our tax in the central bank everyone will see what puntland put and your importance in the state will be based on that. Puntlands like Arizona. Somaliland is like New York.

@Samaalism We had our 'trade war' back in 2000s. It's over your trying to re-start something you lost. When Cigaal said 'ciise muuse mooye haday cidiba noolato' Made you lost your Burco/Erigavo customers. Their mine now. It's got nothing to do with lower taxes. PL/SL were fighting for the 'towns' without ports. Today the outcome looks like this

PL - Mudug-Bari-Nugaal. Secured.
SL - Sool/Sanaag/Togdheer. Secured
GM/HS - Secured. I know Beletwayn Relies on PL Port also

PL Current trade hub expansions include the following;

Garacad - DDSI market. @Teeri-Alpha must use this port once completed and ensure infrastructure and roads are set up in all 'camel' rearing markets in DDSI or else it could hurt JL/PL Federation alliance and he will his not a 'nacas' like you to jepordize his JL interests for an empty berbera port relying on oromos kkkkk . The Custom point will be Galdogob. @SomaliMVP and his Leelkase will 'tax' at the check-point. 100 Camels = 100k in world prices. Nigga gets 20k in taxes from such one Camel Truck 'cargo' to develop Galdogob or whatever their 'town goals are'. This isn't mentioning the trade flow of 'commodities' when DDSI regions are told your 'ships' must dock at 'garacad' and he will tax the cargo, the vehicle is carrying.

This is 'old' shit niyahow. I don't circulate around 'old policies' or 'policies' that are being worked on now by PL. I am trying to open up 'new knowledge' for Puntites so we have different economic approaches. That's why I feel held down by you talking about something PL already worked out it's pro's/con's ma garatay. I think they know the 'trade flow' is SL to PL and not so much the other way around.

The only thing we used to use in SL was taxis to Garowe and that's over now with the advent of the airport era. You think I don't know right? I know Berbera is dead. It doesn't matter how wonderful the port infrastructure is, no-one is fucking using it and you want me to 'change' a policy and make your port active? hell no. I want u dead, anything u propose, I will do the opposite just to ensure your hurt more.

So please do not speak to me about 'trade' PL has been doing 'trade' for centuries, see the reason u don't grow you focus on doing the same thing your ancestors did. Your not progressive society, stuck in the skills of the past, no wonder your dead culture. Talk about something new like @PhySom does so we can GROW INTO NEW ERAS not stay there doing the same shit u dumb isaaq nigga

Ma ana walaan mise cadaan ba laga heesaya.
investments are tangible money added to your economy sahib this is why puntland is generating so much wealth, deni has changed the outlook economically when he took office as a business man which is why you see we left SL in the dust and SSC are coming over to our side now due to money since that talks the most in somalia, but his deals and garnering the Chinese investments to me are the biggest factor, were talking the 2nd biggest world economy as your backer

this guy deni has gotten heavy investments from like 5 to 6 Chinese firms just this year

@Tukraq is hargeisa a business market even? I doubt it most are just residential people living in the town like other towns of Somalia. Bosaso is true business hub, cuz the ppl are not there for residential living but business interests. Everyone has some sort of business stake happening. Magaalo Ganacsiga Puntland weeye. This nigga thinks his like Galkacyo-Bosaso with real fuckin 'trade' happening for CITIES AND TOWNS OF SOMALIA. This ain't just one business person sitting at shop, cities and towns relies on Puntland for it's needs. Naga tag markad PL competition kula jirtid. Your dead economy and u all fleeing to kitchens of hamar and garowe makes sense to me.

@Samaalism Berbera was overtaken by Bosaso 2 years ago after its livestock exports crashed.

7zNOPA2.png

This is your beef not mine bro. Since DDSI market ain't linked to Qardho. Now let me go focus on Qardho future. DDSI market may swing to Garacad and could finally put the nail in the coffin for Berbera which was already 'reeling' from not providing trade lifeline for cities in Somalia. Even their own Eastern Somalilanders prefer to use PL port lol and this nigga is talking to me. Garacad future economics and Berbera are clashing, it's up to you two to debate about it and maybe @SomaliMVP since his a stakeholder at the custom point and he will charge those trucks. U gotta deal with Leelkase and Omar Mahmoud bruv. Their eyeing those camels in Ogadeniya loooooool

Wallahi you’re a bunch of bots. I asked for for one sector of the economy where puntland is ahead of Somaliland. Primary goods you’re not we actually have geeljire and we have farms. Secondary or manufactured goods what do you manufacture? Tertiary or services. What services are you ahead of Somaliland in. It’s quite baffling because you’re so behind on all sectors.

You’re pulling up statistics from dowlada somalia which has no one working in Somaliland to gather statistics for them. It’s just bullshit. But even then the worst year for Somaliland and the best for puntland is the same.

You’re talking about urban areas that are under berbera sphere. Boroma hargeisa burco gebilay wajaale caynaba ceerigabo las caanood and much more. For god sakes you had to put in a tariff because Berbera completely took over the puntland market.

You’re also talking about ddsi like it’s a goof terra controls. His clan make up 20% of the population. I make up a the largest clan in faafan. I live in half of jarar these are the first and third most populated gobols. Dir are the majority clan in ddsi. The oromos come to my market. It will always be cheaper to come to me. Garacad is a failure. You haven’t been able to make bosaso a container port for 30 years so that means neither will garacad. If it’s not a container port then what’s the point. You’re further ganna kill bosaso and you still won’t be able to comepete with berbera in terms of pricing.

@DR OSMAN stop being a bot waa inaad wax qirtid.

For me to entertain you on this topic is wrong. Your working in my kitchen says enough of my economic power cause I ain't in your kitchens. Your also in Hamar kitchens. I ain't debating this with you bro untill you can bring non isaaq to say isaaq is richer then mj they will laugh at u.

Ur like mexican in PL sxb, wixi liito adaa qaabato and u still ENJOY it cuz it pays more then anything hargeisa is offering. Even PL Isaaq kitchen workers are prolly richer then your business ppl. I will do comparison some day. Raxanwayn get rich in my economy, who gets rich in hargeisa looooooool. Its gaajo sxb, its got the worst infrastructure, u wanna see how many roads and dams we have in pl, waa coynaysa niyahow. I wont speak to you about businesses when I am the business capital of the north.

SL Knowledge industries are brilliant

Can't wait to send @Abdalla Minister of Security to order a batch of these BABIES for PL defence from SL highly knowledgable economy. War naa daa me and @PhySom are trying to usher in new era into PL, the knowledge economy.

U need to know the mathamatical theories first like @PhySom is focusing on before you can get the thing in the air as their is number of equations you need to understand for flight. Knowledge economy is what we need in PL, this will earn us respect like Japan. Good on you Physom. I am up watching youtube videos of mathamatical equations

Bro an American can point out how he completely dominates in the service economy. And even high tech manufacturing he can show the Boeing 747s being produced in his country. Adigu waa iska hadal. 68 iq. Bro what’s all this raxanweyn talk. Raxanweyn live everywhere. What is a raxanweyn doing in puntland that they can’t do in Somaliland. What is the exact business he’s conducting.

You can’t compare puntland roads to Somaliland. 1 area of hargeisa has a larger road network than puntland.

Sure you can find a back street in hargeisa without great paving but the important areas are all perfect tarmac.

Show me a city as neat as berbera in puntland.
