If Somalia has the same old corrupt oodeys running the country than dont get your hopes up, the oil will not go to the public but to all the weak politicans and foreign intruders and it will be the same old corrupt country we have been seeing for the past 30 plus years or perhaps worse since it could escalate into something horrible. May Allah replace our corrupt system with a new system that will benefit the country.

He won't get any oil money, it's all exaggeration, how many years have we been hearing there's billions of barrels of oil in Somalia and it only requires a scratch on the surface to extract it, beside most of the world is slowly by slowly moving away from fossil fuels.. With that said even if the Turks find any oil they'll take all the oil profit for an unknown amount of years..

Itβs HIGHLY unlikely it is oil offshore, more likely to be gas, which is worth much less. Think of it as the difference between being a millionaire and being a hundred thousandaire. One is life changing and the other is very nice to have but you wouldnβt quit your day job.

Most people want Somaliland in Somalia it just makes sense. But I also disagree with the glazing Hargeisa gets it's not a nice city, also Hargeisa is overwhelmingly a one-clan city, while Xamar for all its faults its a mixed city. Xamar might not be the best city to be the seat of government because of how easily it is reached from Kenya and ethiopia, though.

When MSB indiscriminately bombed SL, poisoned wells, and killed innocent civilians, do you expect these same people to rejoin without any acknowledgment, apology, or reparations? If the FGS wants SL to rejoin they need to compromise and I donβt see that as begging.
