This is obviously going to be either balanced by more MPs from other states or by splitting this up by 4.5. @Mckenzie as previously stated by Sheikh Sharif, if Banadir becomes a full state with autonomous jurisdictions as the rest of the states then Darod will have to create another state to bring balance into Somali politics. The talk of SSC will become a reality.

There is no “Samaale” and even if there was there is no district in Jubbaland that is majority Samaale maybe you can get Dir mps from Jamaame but even that is most likely a Bantu majority. Middle Jubba is Cawliyahan/Absame, Bantu, and Raxanweyn.
