I think that is bull jumping tradition in Southern Ethiopia to show which man is the bravest. I saw it previously and also in my recommended when I was looking through Yemeni camel jumping traditions actually, but I forget the tribe name who do it though.

Okay, I just saw some things that I wish I didn't and I don't desire to research anymore so I will just add that they are Ethiopians from what is known as the "Hamer" tribe in the Omo valley and it's just part of their culture (every culture is unique after all). The reason for the nakedness is most likely their rural setting as well as the lack of body shame that is often taught to us by religion.

Well when you talk about "socially acceptable" it depends where you live. In most places in Ethiopia, it's completely acceptable (eating actual raw meat) while the other stuff is not socially acceptable whatsoever. And even in America, people eat rare stake...there is rare tartare Japanese food I think, and sushi is raw as well. And oral does in fact go against the teachings of the Church so I don't know where you got that from...although I don't think it's haram for Muslims.
That was mostly in jest. Though, I don't think a rare steak is remotely comparable to some of the dishes consumed over there.
Also, then why are the Europeans and especially the Americans universally cool with it? They're 70% Christian too. I've even been to bible classes for years, hell I had my own bible at some point and I had never ever even heard of compulsory fasting for example until I came here. I remember this one girl, and wallahi I'm not even trolling, she used to voluntarily fast by giving up snickers specifically for a week or a month. I can't remember which, but she was weird and talked to flowers so I dismissed her with quickness. Do you even consider them Christians? And them you?
