They literally follow us everywhere & keep up with everything we do like she’s literally in Nashville which has a decent sized Somali community and no, I don’t think that’s a coincidence. MN, Seattle, Columbus and Nashville? This isn’t normal. Like @trf said it’s Somali woman cosplay. Their ancestors created no clothing for them to wear proudly so they imitate us and try to justify it with diff excuses like “we’re neighbors so it’s no surprise our cultures have things in common” or “it’s east african culture” but ask yourself why you never see other Ethiopians dress like this or why you don’t see us imitating them & whatever they wear (I couldn’t even tell you what they wear because I don’t know anything about their culture lol). This is cultural appropriation and these people are the same people who have no issue calling out an caadan woman in braids or whatever but will fight for the right to dress like us (but not credit us). This is beyond creepy
