You can add no constitutional court too which imo is the most important. He and farmaajo both don’t want that for clear reasons.
Farmaajo’s plan had consensus on all levels. From the parliament, federal states, the Somali public as a whole, and it would have a legal ruling body. Farmaajo’s didn’t need a constitutional court ruling unless your saying he’s wrong for making a 1p1v that all FMS signed off on which would be added to the provisional constitution. Remind me if I’m wrong, but he even got parliament to vote on whether he gets extension or not. They could’ve said no, they were impeaching members of his government, and he lowered their parliament pay.
All fms agreed on it, but UN rejected it because they want bad for us. The country was going to be fully 1m1v by 2026, in 2020-2021, the states agreed to do a modified but usual election types with MP’s selected from elders until the country is fully prepared for 1m1v in 2026. Makes sense, at least to me, but of course foreigners make it harder. Glad gurgurte is getting rid of the UN.
