He wasn’t trying to implement 1m1v, how could he when the whole south was overrun by terorists and mooriyaan in the capital as you freely admit. He was trying to get an extension and got xooged by Deni/Blackie. Dhiiqo is using the same playbook and the outcome will inevitably be the same.

You can add no constitutional court too which imo is the most important. He and farmaajo both don’t want that for clear reasons.

Farmaajo’s plan had consensus on all levels. From the parliament, federal states, the Somali public as a whole, and it would have a legal ruling body. Farmaajo’s didn’t need a constitutional court ruling unless your saying he’s wrong for making a 1p1v that all FMS signed off on which would be added to the provisional constitution. Remind me if I’m wrong, but he even got parliament to vote on whether he gets extension or not. They could’ve said no, they were impeaching members of his government, and he lowered their parliament pay.

All fms agreed on it, but UN rejected it because they want bad for us. The country was going to be fully 1m1v by 2026, in 2020-2021, the states agreed to do a modified but usual election types with MP’s selected from elders until the country is fully prepared for 1m1v in 2026. Makes sense, at least to me, but of course foreigners make it harder. Glad gurgurte is getting rid of the UN.

Huh? You need a constitutional court regardless, and it's not for Farmaajo or any other individual but for the country when issues of constitutionality arise. Kenya's constitutional court saved them in the past from their corrupt presidents power grabs, and PL was saved last year when the constitutional court ruled that elections had to be held on Jan 8th for the parliament and president even though Deni and the parliament both wanted extensions. It would have probably blocked everything that HSM is trying to do now with these sham 'extensions' because they aren't constitutional. Farmaajo didn't want a constitutional court because of that very power, same for HSM, and probably the same for whomever follows after him.
