We have a clause in our constitution that allows us to declare full autonomy or even independence if the country is forced back into Centralism.

I support centralism but I have no issues with federalism if it wasn't just clan nepotism on steroids. The issue is as we can see right now is every "state" is just a random qabiil who hates the idea of being governed by another. I want 1 person 1 vote system implemented that way its no longer based on clan loyaltys but policies that benefit the people.

I would like to see what we have in america but the chances of that happening are slim to none since everyone is emotional about something that happened in the past. Allowing states the ability to undermine the central gov is dumb and will just leave us open to be attacked by our neighbours.

Puntland has always pushed to get rid of 4.5!!! Everyone else disagreed with us, first of all.

Look at Puntland for instance, we have many Somalis from all over the country who live, study and work in Puntland. Many D&M people for instance, in future, they will be considered Puntites as Majerteen who live in Baidoa are considered South-Westerners.

With peace, people will move all over the state and live wherever they want, just like in other federal countries like the USA and Germany etc.

If Farmaajo/Khayre want Centralism, they need to prove they can be trusted instead of sending an army to attack states.

When they attack Gaalkacyo, I will @ you and prove my point.
