I'm so so sorry this is happening to you. Subhanallah it baffles me that a sibling can be soo abusive to his/her younger sibling. it's not right! my first advice is to report it! If you're afraid of your parents finding out you called the police, there is a hotline call where you can put in an anonymous tip. maybe try that.

here some other advice

- try talking to a really close friend! or a close family member about the situation, what your gameplan is.
-if there is any government housing and government financial aid apply for it if you are not working(i really don't know how the system works in the UK so look into that)
-if your working save up and find an apartment as far away as possible from him, tell no one about your whereabouts except 1 person you trust.

Where's your father? If your father is present in your life, tell him. Fathers tend to be less merciful with their boys, unlike mothers who sometimes seem like they'd rather be married to their sons than their own husband. Warn your mother and tell her that if your brother every touches you again, you call the police on him.

Tell your older cousins/relatives. Surely they'll be able to help. I wish you well. Stay your ground and always speak up.
