I cant move out I dont have enough money plus i live in london england where houses are unaffordable.

Best thing to do in my opinion is this
-audio record him in secret and ask him why hes doing this even record a video in secret
- Now tell your cousins and male relatives you need help cause your brother is abusive tell em in detail everything hes done so they can see that the brother is a pshyco
- Your brother is 100% gonna deny everything when confronted by the relatives this is where your evidence come in handy

You need to tell them immiedtily and tell them the effect he's boughting on you if not call the police there's no reason why a 24 year old man should be boughting his hands on his sister you need handle the situation asap
Im sure her mom will downplay what the brother is doing and if she tell relatives they gonna think its just a little bit of sibling quarrel but if she records video or audio of her brother than her other relatives will probably be on her side
Easy said than done. If she does that, she may lose her mother and other family members. Also, it sounds as though she's dependent on her hooyo and family.

No hoyo is gonna leave her daughter, no way can she lose her hoyo. She can let hoyo know what she did and calling police on him doesn't mean hoyo is gonna neglect and kick her out and favourtise him.

Calling police on family for a lot of people is crossing the line. They think its inexcusable. Sadly, people don't take into account that even with family, there is a breaking point.

She could be from one of those messed up families that believe brothers have a right to beat up sisters for discipline reasons.
Before you come for me, yes, i've seen that attitude first hand.
She needs to talk to someone and maybe try to move out. She's been complaining for time now and clearly her fam don't think its a major issue.
Back in my younger days when me and my sister used to beef we used to duke it out fists were exchanged and she was holding her own wlhi and winning too
I heard of a somali girl her uncle visited her house she slept in her kids room together with her kids and let the uncle sleep in her bedroom he came in her children's room and tried to rape her she woke up and he ran away she called the cops on him they took him in and her mom got angry at her for getting the cops involved in the end the mom defends her little brother and the rest of her uncles where also defending the uncle they disowned her
