Would you be in favour of Somalia becoming a Hashemite Kingdom in which a Hashemite Prince from abroad takes up the throne or an Arabist Republican regime?
If the caliphate is restored than I would heavily support Somalia coming under the rule of a Hashemite brother, it would civilize us. If that is not possible I would support an Arabist regime, Somalia went down hill as soon as we adopted satanic africanism during the kacaan era.

You speak as if this is even a fight. Arabs have nothing to do with Somalia barring international relations and orgs like Arab league which we joined to give the Somali state allies. But there has never been a non Somali who could claim dominion over all Somalis other than Allah. And that fact will not change.
A million things could’ve been done in WW1 that could’ve prevented the current ME, no point in imagining it now.

The caliphate that banu quraysh are meant to rule over is the global caliphate that encompasses every single muslim nation. When it comes to individual countries and nations they can chose a leader amongst themselves.
The reason quraysh was the go to choice to rule over the global caliphate has nothing to do with their superiority or any inherent trait. Quraysh was the chosen rulers amongst pre-islamic arabia and islam simply kept that much like banu abd al-dar were the custodian of kaba in jahiliyyah and islam kept their position.
Think of it in terms of somali clan system. There is always a specific lineage chosen as the leader of the clan garaad guud or ugaas guud and similarly quraysh was chosen as leaders of the muslim world because of their statues and leadership in jahiliyyah.
That being said this is not an absolute rule and it depends on wither they keep the rulings of islam as the hadith of the prophet ﷺ said.
إِنَّ هَذَا الأَمْرَ فِي قُرَيْشٍ، لاَ يُعَادِيهِمْ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ كَبَّهُ اللَّهُ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ مَا أَقَامُوا الدِّينَ
This matter (of the caliphate) will remain with quraish, and none will rebel against them, but Allah will throw him down on his face as long as they stick to the rules and regulations of the religion (Islam)

Finally the caliphate leadership will eventually move from quraysh to himyar or yemenis as the hadith of the prophet ﷺ said.
كان الأمر في حمير فنزعه الله منهم ووضعه في قريش ، وسيعود إليهم
This matter (leadership) was with Himyar, so God took it from them and placed it in quraysh, and it will return to them.
