Israelis > Arabs for sure. They're still cousins, but one is definitely better than the other. The way the world seems to work is the closer you are to the West the less savage people are. At least on a social level.

Tahriibing is really not worth it anymore considering the risks, as well the fact that Europe does not want any more refugees and will deport your ass the minute you arrive. The only reason one should even consider it is if they're fleeing war and really have nowhere to return to (i.e. Syria). This man definitely isn't that poor if he was able to come up with the money needed for tahrib. Better off keeping it and investing it in something else.
