Marriage tips for the brothers

Men talk about their job being tiring and I don't see women complaining about men mentioning this.

Anyways, I'm not a housewife. I work.

If i'm allowed to say work outside the home is tiring, then I can say work inside the home is as well.
Everything in life is tiring everyone needs to stop complaining. This life wasnt meant to be easy

Death Awaits You
That is easy. I'm from a big family, so when I think of housework, i'm thinking of cleaning 4-5 bed house, cooking meals for 8 plus, running after youngesters ect.

You lot think washing dishes is 'house work'. Small dishes, mate your hooyo so much more than that and its tedious and boring.

That is why women in Africa and Middle East who can afford it have maids and these maids get tired.
I was thinking of a full-time housewife with 3 kids living in a 3 bedroom apartment. I don't think the average western born Somali family would be willing to have more than 3 kids. Taking care of more than 3 kids without a maid is a dead end job for a wife which I recommend against it.

Even then kids are a handful and now that people are having children later, women are having babies back to back instead of giving themselves a break. So basically, you have women that 3 kids under the age of 8.

Doesn't it go against Islam to practice family planning for the sake of having a break? If it happens unplanned, having 3 kids under the age of 8 is mathematically reasonable considering the recommended Islamic gap is 2 years whilst the mother is nursing a child. Whether it is feasible is another question but there is nothing wrong Islamically with having three kids under the age of 8.

The above issue you raised exemplifies how people who are outwardly religious like yourself are playing a religious balancing act in relation to how many children they should have, getting the wife to also work so as to attain a middle class lifestyle, taking up mortgages to raise their children in a better socioeconomic neighborhood.....

From a purely Muslim perspective, many of us are a bunch of mother.fucking hypocrites!

Family planning isn't haram. Women are allowed to take breaks. Contraceptives are allowed mate.

What a ridiculous thread, of course your wife can have friends and family over you should invite them over and get to know them, how can you marry back home when your door will be revolving one with the amount of guests. You must be out of your freaking mind!

It isn't haram but not for taking more than the recommended break time walaal, you know this too hence my mathematical argument.

Personally, I have come to the realisation that it is not practical to have that many kids in the West. However, I think it is very wrong to make religious excuses for the Haram choices we all make living in the West. We shouldn't be here to begin with so what follows is no surprise.

She can take a break. It doesn't say anywhere that it is haram for her to take a break for more than two years. I don't know people try to make the deen hard for them.

Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may Allah have mercy on him) quoted this hadith as evidence for it being permissible to space having children in order to give them a proper Islamic upbringing, when he said:

If a woman has a lot of children, and it is difficult for her to give them a proper Islamic upbringing because they are so many, then there is nothing wrong with her taking something to space her pregnancies in order to achieve this important purpose, so that pregnancy will not adversely affect her or her children, as Allah has permitted ‘azl for this and similar purposes.

Early Muslims might not have had access to contraceptives that we had, but they used to use other methods, so contraceptives ect is completely fine and nothing says that more than 2 yrs is wrong.

kkk your insecurity is very high, are you scared she will be 'influenced' by other women? You havent instilled the respect laid upon you ontowards to her, that commanding influence does not even require words but only a look of disapproval. You are still reading reddit forum.

What makes weddings haram? Wtf.
Was it bad when people attended your weddings?

Also, so women should magically unbefriend someone just because Allah didn't give them a husband yet? What's next she can't talk to her single cousin and sisters?

Wallahi this is a sickness. You've been affected by Western Redpill shit.

Not everything is redpill. I don’t know about haram, but Why does a married woman need single friends? Life changes when you get married and have children. There are some Somali women who go to wedding every other weekend.

I am aware of Ibn Baz's fatwa, however, however it cannot be argued that it applies to the nuclear family model that is practical in the West as we are clearly commanded to increase the Umma by having more children. 3 kids in eight years is very common among practicing Muslims and even some non-Muslims. The argument against having more is mainly down to Irzaqa reasons in the West which is Haram.

Having more than 4 kids in the West is not feasible for those that seek a certain Standard of Life. A childbearing female married in her early twenties will have an average of more than 4 children unless family planning comes into play.

It is redpill, you're literally qouting that effeminate Kevin guy. Life changes, but people still need friendships. Why should she lose her friends, whilst you don't? What type of oppression and lonliness is this?

Furthermore, men and women aren't the same and there are certain feminine conversations she would want to have with her friends. Why would you want to isolate her? Not having friendships causes mental health issues. Its why people in the West are glued to their phones and depressed because they're unable to socialize and bond with people.

Its like what I said earlier, you're xaasid. Also, the biggest problem is that you don't see women as people. You ask dumb questions such as why does she need friends? Ask yourself, why do I need friends and that should be the answer.
