Don’t know about Germany but the Scandinavian countries are basically welfare states… free healthcare, education, childcare etc…women get paid monthly for each child.. maternity leave for years, strong employee rights which make it difficult to get rid of employees
In reality tho, nothing is really free…the down sides are less opportunities for work, even when you can get a job, the salaries are lower, they tax you at 50%+, cost of living is high, education is free but spots are limited so more competition.
On average I would say a women would much rather prefer Europe..those benefits are really target towards them..I assume those places rating “best places to live” must be written by a women/soy boys since Scandinavian countries are always rated first..

Best countries in Europe are:
Norway: like Sweden but less insane and more money.
Switzerland: like Germany but less insane and more money.
Ireland: booming tech industry, many American companies got their EU headquarters there.
Germany: basically the best large EU country, high quality manufacturing, always a good job market.
