1. Woqooyi Bari is a massive territory equal to ~3/4 of the land area inhabited by all of Isaaq in Somalia.
2. Las Anod district is only 17% of the land area of Woqooyi Bari.
3. The land area of Woqooyi Bari is larger than Woqooyi Galbeed and Togdheer combined.

Many have no understanding of the fact that it is basically impossible for a state to be made extinct once it has managed to establish itself. Remember that states like PL, WB or SL are better understood through the lens of the state, rather than being analyzed as subunits of a state. This is, unfortunately, entirely due to the weak nature of the FGS.

What does political science have to say about what happens to states once they are established and gain legitimacy from the people they govern? They are, for all intents and purposes, immortal. States are "sticky" things in the economic/political sense of the term, meaning that once created they can't be destroyed.

Yeah Jabuutawi crashed out over the fact he was removed from the ballot paper. But the whole election and how it unfolded seems to be nothing short of a coordinated and rehearsed conspiracy, I think firdhiye managed to use the warsan horgals he attracted to suppress the internal dhulo opposition to him
