Why haven't Somalia's international partners congratulated the formation of this new state?
No statements on any of the political turmoil in Somalia. Seems true they've actually given up on it. Everyone but the AU which has long supported HSM (they recognise the necessity of burnishing any of his deeds at this moment). The 2026 elections will probably be the end when the factions finally go to war and the failed state splits into parrallel governments, secceeded states etc.
