It strengthens the sovereignty of Somalia, and increases FG control over our territory so yes, imo it does. I wish we can create an Awdal state for Samaron and Ciise. Every qabiil should be included in building a federal structure with somali ownership.

Since 91 Somalia has failed to build a government. Now, 34 years later, it's calling a lone city a state and the supporters are talkign like Winston Churchill fighting the nazis. Every chapter of Somaglian history is retarded. You can fund Lascaanood militias but you can't do government of any kind sorry. I'm sure Puntland who had a hand in the rebellion will sooner or later remove their influence.

Like this is what billions of foriegn aid, recogniton, institutional support has yielded. A government protected even it's capital by foreign troops, unable to travel anywhere except it can use it's meager resources to fund rebels in Somaliland. No matter what you call it's not government.
