If I was Deni, I would dismiss all the Dhulbahante iyo Warsangeli politicians and civil servants from levels and withdraw PL troops out of sool/Sanaag. The consitution of Somalia hasnt even taken root in Mogadishu with all the worlds support and money so really you can't build palaces on sand. Somaliland will reclaim it's territory. Puntland will probably secede and just close it's border and the whole conversation will end likely.

That's part of the propaganda. We are all failing together not really, Somalia is using it's pitiful resources on trying to bring Somaliland down when it failed to form itself. This is purely an attack on the soveriegnty and territorial integrity of Somaliland but it won't help Somalia at all. The house cards will collapse and Somaliland will carry on.

If Mogadishu had a funcitoning governemnt they would accept that they cannot improve their position from Lascaanood, they can try and damage Somaliland temporarily but it won't help them. The reality is in the pursuit of some unrealistic goal (greater Somalia) they have lost everything.

SSC formed their own federal Somali state, same as when your ancestors formed Somaliland, what makes their wish to form a federal state less valid than your wishes to form a state?

If SL & Somalia were to ever resume the suspended talks, the first condition should be that Somalia leaves Laascaanood, publicly declares it being part of SL, and stops the arming of the militia.
