@Tukraq

@Knowles told me that your parents are PH holder's, therefore you must live in the posh side of town near Bill gates house, but @Dalmoor and reer Utanga live in Rainier Vista Estate Housing in that building.
somalis live in rainier vista, new holly, high point tukwila, Kent, seatac, and those areas basically detached family homes like the ones that I posted no-one lives in high-rise 2 bedroom housing like the ones you posted

This is correct, Somali families do not live in high rise buildings but homes like the above in rainier vista and new holly

Each country and city in the western diaspora do have both types of housing. Don't act like a fool and argue that there aren't high rise projects in Seattle. Maybe, you are from MPLS and claiming to be from SeaTac.
Seattle had tho

yeah we used to have those buildings @AussieHustler was talking about in the cd back in the early 2000 but rapid gentrification happened so they basically don't exist in the whole city

True, I wonder what happen to all the Black American community that were deep in the CD and SouthEnd back in the early 2000's. I know gentrification took its toll in the city but I no longer run in to former classmates or neighbors like that. Hopefully everyone is doing good :)

bro they cashed out, the bought those properties for up to 15 to 20k when nobody wanted it and the cadans bought it of them for 200 to 300k, theres no way they would turn down that profit:farmajoyaab: now those same properties are in the prime location of downtown where everyone wants to be and are worth up to 2 to 5 million dollars:ileycry: they got out to early and moved to the south like cheap Atlanta from what I've heard and bought many properties, but if they stayed put they could have turned 15k to a couple million:mugshotman:

Everyone is denying to live in a project even reer Seattle. Guys due to gentrification everywhere in the diaspora, councils and politicians were bribed (Via campaign donations) by property developers and the latter built some of these public houses in exchange for expensive land in and around the CBD. They've called it private/public partnerships. But in most other areas these high rise still exist and most are resided by Somalis. Denial, denial and more denials.

the difference is Seattle went through complete gentrification, why would you have a high rise project when their are rich software developers looking for a place to stay, so they literally bought out all the projects like I said ask @Jiron you won't any projects all the rich people moved in the city which is why the average income is 120k, if your poor their is no cheap project for you to live in so your basically homeless, which is why us along with sanfransisco has the highest homeless population.

Source for the $120k figure? Highest I’ve seen is 80k for Seattle.

Mashallah, atleast they profited from it unlike many of the poor who had no choice but to move further south like Tacoma because rent went up by 50%. Did you hear about Microsoft investing half a billion dollars in affordable housing :)

If you make less than 60K, u are considered low-income here. Seattle wasn't always expensive tho, I blame the tech boom in the late 2000's-early 2010's when living expenses and rent skyrocketed because of amazon transplants and so on who were throwing money around like crazy. Hopefully things change soon for the better and people who make a honest living could also enjoy this beautiful city :)

if you work england is not good, its for women, chidlren and old, not for working man

i pay a lot of taxes, i hate it, very high tax bracket, america is good for thoe who work and want to work and are abe to work and create firms, sure we are much easier than EU if starting a business but atkleats america is mroe freer, less regualtion, the elite here are more rigged, in ameica they are not xasid of new ricvh or entreprenurs, but in europe they look down on businessman and hard working people and want to take away your cake,

in yanki land you have competition of taxes, in europe is more centralised, you can go to floriday to avid many taxes if chicago pisses you off, but in europe you have to leave the country, its more cnetralsied intaxation, also VAT or sales tax is bloody high

i spent many hours think how i can hire an accountant paying 10% less tax or avoid sales taxes 20% in uK, 27 or 28% in belgium etc, very high vat and income tax,

incoe taxes in denamr, swde, as high as 55%to 63% for top earners, or businesmman,

this is bad, europe waa much more socialist in taxation and running a business

@Balaayo

Where did the Somalis move to? To the tribal areas in Waziristan, Pakistan? Balaayo ha kugu dhacdee beenta naga daa.
Those flats are in the poorer areas of the inner city. Somalis have upgraded to the nicer areas of the outer city. Even small heath isnt as full of somalis as it used to be. Eastern Europeans have moved in
