Yes qudhun as in Qudhunham is supposed to be with a DH. It highlights the severity of the Qudhun.. I mean do you really think Qurunham would have cut it for Birmingham when the place is absolutely trash. You need to use an ugly sound like DH to emphasise it.

I didn't even know people called canjeelo canjeero

I think 20% of the language is made up on the spot anyway
