This is one area Puntland has made a terrible mistake and to be quite honest, I don't see it being rectified anytime soon. I hope Khatumo can implement it. When I say diversity I don't mean petty superficial crap like gender, clan, or featuress. I mean diversity in brain power. Even if the best leader u have is from 1 jifi, gender, etc for 20 years, stick with it, do not change it or reduce your leadership position down to petty woke or affirmative action matters.
But this is the critical component, everyone irrespective of clan or gender must be evaluated on that merit thru equality, do not isolate it away towards a gender or clan either or limit your potential, the gift of leadership/competence can be anywhere and if u limit yourself your impacting your people future.
