She's mixed, why does everyone classify half-black people as black. Same with Obama

In America to further discriminate against black people they have a rule that if you're at least 1/8th black you are classified as black, I believe it's because a lot of people would mix so that their children wouldn't be discriminated against but to uphold their 'racial purity' the Americans wouldn't allow it so they made that law.
