I really don't see the need to have something in your system in order to feel relaxed. People need to learn how to be themselves without taking anything, whether it is cigarettes, shisha, weed or khad. Don't let anyone tell you it's harmless.

Balwad is waist for your money it ruins your health and it can be dangerous when you're driving, operating machinery, or even if you get into altercation with total stranger. As it clouds your judgment, reasoning and your reflex.

Smoking hookah with your habibi is the equivalent of drinking beer with your homies. lol. But seriously: tell your friends that hookah is bad for your health. If them smoking triggers you that much then I suggest you find a new clean friend that drinks herbal tea. Instead.
