Bro, the most traditional Moroccan food I ate was Couscous, it looks like this:

It keeps you energised, it could be used for staple and appetiser.

As for geeljires, there is a small but growing population. Somalis are now trying to get property. Some are there who are married to locals etc. There are also cultural exchange programmes so you'll find Djiboutian students who are there studying for example.

As for the hookah, do you mean the mild or the toxic? There are guys who would sell you the hard hash to filter into your hookah and you'll smoke till you drop. That's the potent ones. But you get all sorts of flavour. Usually the young Somali touristic guys and Europeans in general who come from Europe just get the fresh Moroccan hash straight from the fields lol.
Couscous is very nutritional sxb. U should replace baaris with Couscous.
