My uncle went to germany in the 1980's and somalis were respected and were deemed the most well behaved of africans (as we were less known back then) they germans welcomed him in his student days into their home and were impressed with his manners. When hiring in my job I always tend to check the criminal records and found that a larger proportion of blacks had a record when compared to the other applicants.
Would that cause hiring managers to think twice about hiring blacks in general?
It shouldn't be like that but in business everything revolves around risk management.
For every action there's an equal opposite reaction.
Geeljire should take note of that and hope the high crime rates of Somalis in Canada and other places don't affect your career opportunities.
The world isn't fair unfortunately so take that into account when you choose to ignore thug culture in our younger generation.
