I suppose it is anecdotal after all, but yes. London & the Midlands. I even have a relative like this, and you wouldn't expect it coming from her. I don't ask everyone I meet about their views on homosexuality, but the times it has randomly come up, a surprising amount of times they're indirectly supportive. I don't think it's likely they were consecutive isolated incidents either.

Its mostly women who shame other women for their sexuality whether that be virgin shaming or shaming. The only time I see dudes call women s is when she rejects him and he gets mad salty.
