You can still build PL and take part in the FGS politics, the two things are not mutually exclusive.

PL signed the constitution and will have to play by the rules when it is finally finalised and adopted.

You can't make a set of rules and complain about having to follow it. Every FMS will follow the letter of the law and no exceptions.

PL like every other FMS is not an independent country but a region of the Federal Republic of Somalia. No more flying to Abu Dhabi to meet with the Emiratis to discuss how to weaken the Federal government. Foreign policy and National DEFENCE will be decided by Villa SOMALIA.

I think I made myself clear, when the real constitution is finalized we all will cede certain powers and privileges accorded by said constitution to the federal government.

There is no constitution that PL will sign where it cedes it's power to Xamar. There is no universe in which PL will hand control of 30 year institutions to Xamar. The entire nation agreed on federalism and devolving powers. Any attempt at centralization is illegal and against the wishes of the Somali people.

Garowe I and Garowe II agreements all specificy the powers of the federal government and PL signed on, I suggest you read the real constitution which you can find on Villa Somalia website.
