Maxkamadda ayaa go’aankeeda ku caddeysey in go’aankaana u yahay mid kama dambeys ah oo mar dambe aan dib loo dhigi doonin.

Waxay sheegtay inay fileyso in labada waddan u yimaadaan dhigeysiga maxkamadda.


Go’aanka cusub ee dhageysiga dacwadda badda mar kale dib loogu dhigay ayaa yimid kadib markii ay Kenya mar labaad codsatay dib u dhigista.

Jadwalkii hore ee maxkamadda u dejisay dhageysiga dacwadda ayaa ahaa 9-ka illaa 13-ka September, hase yeeshee waxaa dib loogu dhigay illaa 4-ta November kadib codsi ka yimid Kenya.

Si kastaba Kenya ayaa dhowr toddobaad ka hor mar kale codsatay in kiiska dib loo dhigo, taasi oo dhalisay go’aanka cusub ee galabta soo baxay.

i don't think he will, kenya will still be asked to leave and a new maamul will still be created. on that front it does not change anything. the government wanted to ask kenya to leave after the judgement but now that it is delayed they will just go ahead with it.

If the court case had happened, win or lose Farmaajo would have had the patriotic momentum to expell Kenya from Somalia, and from there the SNA would have liberated Kismaayo, but now all that has gone to waste.
