Did you do it? They have to prove that you jacked him. If you had a good (or regular)
lawyer they would cross-examine the shit out of them and you should be free.

Tell him the truth, including the fact that you were at home at the time. He can cross examine the accuser and ask him questions that you know the answers to and that he also should if it actually happened. Watch him stumble and stutter and embarrass himself. Again I don't see how this is even a case. The only way you can lose is if there's CCTV footage of you jacking the poor autistic kid.
