@Teeri-Alpha before the DR even responded, this shows you, the stacks and odds is always against the doctor before I even present my case, but this is natural, I am landheere Bah Dubays, Osman Mahmoud, I expect the stacks to be against me by the masses.
Lets talk economics Teeri. Somalia being a developing country, do u think it's wise, u allow a free market to abuse them in they're own country? how is this going to effect taxation revenue? nearly half of America budget and most countries come from individual tax payers incomes at work, if you not putting in place regulations to ensure they are paid according to the market wages in they're city, this will lead to a huge loss in govt revenue for any government.
Isn't it better having 1 million taxpayers then a few high end corporations paying a corporate tax every quarter to the government and paying the employees peanuts? this is against my advice for PL government and I urge them to follow a socialist economic model, to put worker interest first before allowing a free market to just happen. A free market will lead to financial slavery, especially if it doesn't fear fines and suspended business licenses.
I urge Puntites to wage certify your sectors with award wages across the economy and ratify this through parliament as a legislation and law, if puntites want to increase they're government revenue so more services can be delivered to the public, it is mandatory we ask companies to pay workers a living wage rates. I say gouge each city cost of living and house prices and ensure no industry in PL pays below this or else it will not be attractive for locals to work if they can't cover they're bare essentials and it's not good for the government either to lose such a large portion of potential taxpayers. A government main duty is to add taxpayers to the economy, the more that join the economy, the more revenues the government has, the less that join, the more it will be reliant on loans and interests.
If someone lives in Qardho and the house price is 20k, the minimum wage should be reflecting house prices, the housing rent you pay each month shouldn't exceed 30% of your salary, 70% should be left to consumer spending and generating growth for small businesses.
Imagine that abstractly for one second. Imagine a puntite in bosaso, garowe, galkacyo, qardho, burtline, eyl, bayla, garacad were paid according to house price costs, this will lead to a boom in construction as they will build new homes. Eventually every individual will have a house because the wages reflect what the true cost of living is in they're area.
Come at me Teeri if you want me to explain this but it was the industrial revolution and unions that set regulations on industries and all of a sudden it lead to a surge in home owners and middle class, if we don't do this and promote corporate thuggery, we will not only be losing potentially millions of workers out of the economy, you will be reliant on stagnating corporate tax rate yearly which can't service the country need.
