My advice to you is first to get out of neet" getting a job will help you build social skills. And taking classes will do that and help you broaden your horizons and build you

Stop reading memes and visiting meme things and instead watch tv shows and movies to see how people interact, the kind of convos they carry etc

Study body language and cues to know how someone is feeling and where a conversation is going

Study social etiquette on speech such as what bothers people in a conversation or what they consider too personal.
