Also there's nothing wrong with whey proteins. If you don't want to take proteins for some reason, eat lots of eggs, fish, peanut butter, chicken and other protein-rich food to substitute.
sxb, train, eat healthy & finally supplements should come in last. Has worked out for me.

6'3 176lbs. I box a lot and play footy in addition to going to the gym so I pretty much burn most of the calories I consume. Gaining weight is an impossible task unless I stop these activities
