How long until Somalia becomes Safe and Stable

Hello there,
So we all know Somalia have been unstable since 1991 (30 years already) but recently we have seen some progress like the 2011 government that is still there today and some stability in Mogadishu.
There are still many problems but overall compared to 10 or 20 years ago it's much better (at least from what I can see).
But when will the country become stable? I'm not talking about wealth but just a government that controls the whole territory has it's own army, healthcare etc... (like Kenya to be precise).

Plus the whole region is stabilizing now (Kenya, Ethiopia, Djibouti), many would invest in the country.

20 years is my pessimistic estimate. I think within 20 years we will be like other normal african countries, but it depends on us. It could take 5 years or it could take 50 years.

By the way 10- 15 years is probably a more reasonable estimate.
We have to: defeat terroism, solve somaliland status either give them independence or not, solve Federal states status by creating a governement that truly controls the territory, have one man one vote elections.
This wil take some time, i could say we will be fine in 5 years but 10-15 years is the minimum we need to be 99% sure that we won't go back to civil war

Yeah Rwanda won the lottery by getting Paul Kagame, I don't know if we will be as lucky as them.

Not really bro. Somalia is still a mess but 10 years ago Xamar was mostly controlled by terrorists as most of the south. Now all major cities have been liberated. While it's true that the governement only effectively rules Xamar it's also true that major cities like Kismayo, Garowe, Beledweyne etc are technically under federal states control which is almost the same as being under the FGS control. If the states and the central government stop fighting between each other we will have a scenario where most of somalia is under governement control

yeah the south is a mess but here in the north we are fine, the only thing to worry about is climate changing

Here we had a stable country for 40 years but we still poor and no proper infrastructure or industry. We just a port that we keep expanding every year.
Honestly Hargeisa looks more modern than us, from I saw on my last travel there.
But at least, it's safe in Djibouti.
