If you don't mind can you post a screenshot? I'm not surprised by the Oromo as your mother subclan is known for living among the Oromos and your ancestors were probably responsible for making them Muslims and teaching them the deen.

I don’t really want to for personal reasons and what’s on there….. but yea im not calling my people pagans since im not a self hater and that would be disrespectful to my mom since she considers her self as an Oromo, plus if we play that game we gotta thank Arabs for showing us Islam and you know im not about to do that

Sheekhaals have very interesting set of haplogroups. You are not the first one with a foreign haplogroup, there's another sheekhaal sample that belong to haplogroup G which most likely came from Portugal.

I don't think that G individual was Shekhaal.As far as I'm aware, Sheekhaal are an interior clan but perhaps an unrelated foreign religious group on the Banadir coast took the Sheekhaal name for themselves.That individual falls under the same branch as the Yemeni Ashraaf Ba'Alawi's of Hadhramawt who were also attested to be in modern SL/Eastern Ethiopia during Imam Ahmed's days
