It’s not about naivety, it’s about establishing proof. Islamically if you can bring proof then you have a leg to stand on. If not then it’s dembi upon you and you’ll be taking her sins. Is that what you want? Up to you.

As for whether he’s Muslim, she said so herself that he was, and so did her father (AUN). She wouldn’t have done that if he wasn’t, and would’ve kept her mouth shut like when she was being accused of having an affair.
