Also I think the 8-8 is precast date. The 8th of august. It looks like this photo is from somewhere else.

The photo is from this random FB account.

But it's not on the website of the company "Baraarug" that claims to be responsible for the building of the Port. Nor is there any mention anywhere of the company that will do the construction. I really suspect that they are scamming their own community.
