1. Quality primary/secondary/university schooling to create human capital
2. Universal Health access/coverage
3. Universal Clean/Treated water
4. Infrastructure access and coverage
5. Job creation and inviting investors

I want the basics covered

roads , schools, healthcare, airports and ports.
