Ralph Wiggum, you need to stick to the sandbox - this matter is way above you.View attachment 227929
You just snookered yourself. I’m actually shocked how low iq you are. You have been ruthlessly exposed by every clan here. HG, AG, Dhulo, MJ. You are a khat addicted, cuqdad ridden loser.
Ceebey tacaal. Go live in your own fantasy day 18th May. 26th June is clearly not for you. The day you lost your freedom to Somalia
As I suspected more calaacal, ZERO evidence, and an admittance of the totally irrelevant and misleading picture.
This was supposed to be an Act of Union, meaning two states joining to become one, not one joining the other. The fact that this has to be explained to you is embarrassing.
Here is Contini, a legal constitutional law expert writing in 1969, in his book on the subject, The Somali Republic: An Experiment in Legal Integration:
Unlike you, I don't just talk from my behind, I actually bring receipts about what the legal process entailed.
The fact you don't understand that an Act of Union requires two signatures, shows you are way out of your depth here and are desperately grasping at straws.
You were the one that brought up Act of Union, A legal document, trying to parade it as some sort binding piece of legislation for all of time, not me. Even in your own quote, Contini concludes "The legal formalities had not been completed in time". This made the Act of Union, invalid. This supports my argument, not yours. You are arguing about minutiae, formalities, legislative oversights etc...

He does not doubt, at all, that the union was lawful and full. Even if you say that Law No.1 was not ratified by the South on July 1, it does not matter because the union was ratified on Jan 31 1961 in the Act of Union as all Southern representatives voted for it.

Any contract, which an Act of Union is, where the two parties did not agree on the terms and did not both sign, is null and void. The lack of necessary signatures on a contract is not "minutiae, formalities, legislative oversights", to quote your silly attempt at downplaying how utterly invalid your original post in this thread is.
If you are saying the Act of Union was finalized with both parties signing it, provide the evidence, it shouldn't be that hard to find.
I never disputed that the will of the people in Somaliland in 1960, through their representatives, was to have a union. In the same way that the will of the will of the people in Somaliland in 1991, through their representatives, was to re-instate their independence. Unlike you, I do not rewrite or fabricate history.
I have now blocked you because you do not argue in good faith.
No matter how many curveballs you try finding, the fact remains that your people are cuqdad ridden and filled with hate for reer xamar. Your entire country is based on hate you imprison children for wearing a flag. Somaliland nationalism is synonymous with hating xamar. Alhamdullilah we are Muslims and don’t think about you lot enough to carry such hatred.
Happy June 26th, the first day our blessed flag was raised on one of our sovereign territories
My simple pet, how are they disrespecting SL sovereignty IN XAMAR? Admit it, you don't know what sovereignty means is do you?

Damn never thought of it like that. Why hasn’t this argument been usedOne thing that the konfurians are not understanding is that the public big celebration of two independent days for a supposedly one country only strengthens land's case for restoration of the original status quo, and now with international institutions such as igad weighing in and offering congrats it's a case of tying yourself with your own rope
