It seems like she is venting her frustrations on a deadbeat father. Her situation is sad, but I've always viewed sharing sensitive and personal information on Twitter as cheapening the personal value of the statement, if that makes sense. Maybe this is her only method of venting, but I feel like it's better if she confides in people she trusts as opposed to posting it on Twitter of all websites for the world to see.
