It's quite obvious, they're Sudanese who are Arabised. The last guy is not Arab either.

I though sudani people were black arabs.

Right, North Sudan was already bi-racial long before the Arabs arrived on the scene. In the Ancient times, there was migration from Egypt southwards & the people mixed with ancient nilotes.

There’s a difference between original Arabs and Arabized Arabs although most Arabs today don’t care about those differences since they look similar and share the same culture.

The original or ethnic Arabs are those from the Arabian peninsula, Parts of Iraq and ash sham. The rest are either mixed with or Arabized.

As for Sudan, they have many tribes and out of the main four tribes, two tribes speak Arabic as their native language and the other 2 (Dongola and the other one I forgot) only speak Arabic in urban areas but speak Nubian in rural areas. As Sudan became more Urbanized, most people speak Arabic.

Nowadays, Arab is more of a culture with people who share the same language, tradition and customs.
