The way this works is the political class enrich themselves by inking nefarious deals with corrupt businessmen and they split the proceedings 50/50 , leaving the already poor average Somalis victims. At this point, all we have left is to ask the Almighty to bless us with good leaders. We are cursed with immoral leaders.

It seems that it's government land that is being reclaimed by the government not private investors.
