When will this be available? Been to Darusalam City just outside of Xamar recently and its following a similar concept. They are building another area full of houses so the demand is there for them, fair enough. I hope this project is connected to the main city of Garowe rather than being a remote city however, better for the economy and doesn't create this divide between what is most probably either diaspora or xildhibaan who will live in New Garowe and the actual city itself.
