How so? The Dollo Zone also known as the Ogaden Desert is completely dead. You may build a port but there's zero infrastructure on the other side of the border. This isnt mentioning DDSI population is clustered near the Somaliland region and Djibouti

In Sha Allah, this construction project finishes as soon as possible. Cant wait for this port to become operational. So glad to see Puntlanders, pulling out all the stops to develop our lands.
This once again shows the importance of Federalism. No way in hell, would Mogadishu allow this port to be built, they'd much prefer Hobyo (for obvious reasons). This is why we Puntlanders, will fight tooth and nail, to keep Federalism. They dont want us developing our lands, they dont want us to better ourselves. They want us to be under their boots. With our lands in ruin. The whole world knows, last time Somalia was Centralist, Puntland didn't get Jack sh*t from the government.

Construction of the camp for the workers has been complete. They also built a temporary road to access the beach. It was covered in sand so they made the ground hard by using dynamite on a nearby hill and moving the rocks there.
