Nothing funny about it as when we look at society back home, its very patriarchal. Since we don't have a functioning government women hardly have much legal rights. Therefore, Women are at the mercy of their husbands, brothers and fathers or even toll (qabil). Its not like the West in which they can provide for themselves and girls back home believe in traditional gender roles, so why is he attacking them? At this point, its obviously simple hatred of women. Seems to me in the East or the West, men simply want to attack women for not living up to their unrealistic and often times abusive standards.

Women back home also provide for themselves. Many of the millionaires back home are women. Not sure where you're getting your facts, but if you love the West so much, then stay there for the rest of your life and forget about back home.
With respect to the Xaliye guy, he is just hustling. I presume he focuses on the women in order to get a large following. Now that is a lie. There is no doubt that there are self made millionaire women, but to lie and say that women are able to provide for themselves like they can in the West is a blantant lie. There is a reaosn why older men in the West are able to marry young teenage brides, there is a reason why young women and men for that matter make gruelling trips for tahrib. Even the young men are struggling but its even worse for women, hence a lot of the women rely on men and marriage and many young women are even willing to marry much older men for the promise of stability and or even a passport.

People travel to the West due to stability and opportunity there. But I disagree with you and doubt that you travel back home if you're making the statement that women back home have limitations when it comes to employment or businesses. Over 60% businesses back home are run by women. It is not me who is making that up; it is rather UNDP documenting it. The sstudy is titled, "The Role of Somali Women in the Private Sector". With respect to the old men heading back home and marrying young women, that is cultural. But you should see the older women heading back home and marrying young guys.
It is a new trend that has started. They're also smarter than older guys as they keep the younger husbands back home. When I went back home, I was in a hotel in Hargeisa. This over 40 years old lady - with her young young hubby who was in his 20s - had a whole suit for herself. She had a daughter who was 18 years of age. The nigga wanted her to take him to UK but she was keeping him in Hargeisa and was visiting him there.
