In the West also, rich men have access to younger women as well. I used to work in a government building run by the military in one of the Western countries ( I don't want to mention it, so I don't get court marshaled). This guy who was a general was married to a woman who was 15 years younger than him. He was sent to overseas deployment. She was working as a civilian in the building and was courting me while her husband was out. I was much younger and single at the time and she was hottie blonde.
Moral of the story, men with money and prestige, irrespective of where they're, always had this desire of being with hottie, younger women. You just can't change that fact.

Yeah, I know they do. They even marry young tahrib men. But the thing is, lets be real, men everywhere prefer women who are the same age or younger, so the fact that young men in Somalia are marrying them is mostly due to financial gain. Once in a bluemoon you might get an incredibly attractive but older woman, similarly to how you do get a really good looking odey who is able to attract not just because of his money, but they're rare. Example, a lot of younger men would probably chase a 40 yr old Halle Berry look alike, and a lot of younger women would chase an Idris Elba, but the majority of older 40+ men and women aren't in that category.Not sure why you didn't address the whole point of middle-aged Xalimos heading back home and marrying younger guys? These Xalimos are actually leading this area. They keep the guys there to make sure they don't get smart once they come to the West.

Well, men being the financial providers has been largely contigent on men occupying the work force at a higher rate than women, men generally earning a lot more than women etc... in the western world this isn't the case anymore, there are parts of america where young women out earn men, you can't really expect men to pay for everything in those situations where women are earning more than guys.
Well, the issue is that whilst women's economic status has changed and what is expected of men have somewhat changed, what is expected of women hasn't. A man earning significantly less who now believes women should pay up, still thinks he is owed traditional female labour.

Lol, i can't tell if your just dismissing my post or not? What i said and what you said are in no way mutually exclusive. I think both genders hold on to traditional roles in selfish ways that benefits themselves.
