Gaals, I have a question

I fast, as in not eating or drinking, you may say that's pointless, but:

1 - my family think I'm Muslim

2 - though it's annoying, it's not that big of a deal, as long as I can avoid those torturous night prayers.
Torturous? 😭 May Allah guide you.

It is best to be honest about your lack of beliefs with educated family members. Most gaalnimo has its roots in:

A- Ignorance.
B- Self-Worship
C- Assumption that one has higher IQ than the people with Islamic faith
D - The decree established that the person was not meant to die on faith and not to be part of those who will meet their creator as believers in him.

Allah is described as Noor/Light. Where there is no light, there is darkness for sure.
Not really majority of us studied Islam then made the decision to leave

Fasting ramadan actually has many health benefits like lowering blood pressure, to the gaals out there you are actually missing out not just spiritually but physically. :mjdontkno:

What did you study about Islam that made you leave it? I am asking this question because often I saw people like you make the false claims of knowledge of Islam prior to declaring their kufr. And almost always they are proven ignorant of Islam on any given issue they raise as problematic.

Do you know the figure called Ibliis in Islam? He had knowledge and Yaqeen that would make any human jealous, yet he ended up a disbeliever because of arrogance and pride. His knowledge of Allah, his conversations with Allah, His presence among the Angels, his higher status among the Creations before he turned into a disbliever helped nothing in the end. Ibliis is the proof that Knowledge alone can not be sufficient to help someone stay a baliever.

If you can not sense the sweetness of faith in your heart, that is because your heart is full of garbage and darkness. No light will enter into it. It may be the decree established for you, so it is better to reflect in your meanignless existence as a human who owns nothing for themselves. You die as Allah decreed and you can not purchase life. And if you live, you live under the watchful gaze of your creator who knows more about you than anyone else. Your own soul comes from Allah having testified to his Majesty's existence before you landed into your present day body. Your distant past, your present day life and your distant future are surrounded by Allah. Hence, his name Muheet.

The smart humans are the ones who use their brains to see beyond what their eyes can spot and are curious about the wisdom behind their existence.

Educate yourself if you want to have a meaningful life.

I’m not here to debate bro

Instead of debating, you can acknowledge your disbelief is not based on Islamic knowledge which you acquired. You can be Gaal but truthful at the same time. Faith is not something you can either retain or acquire unless you are meant to have it. There is no price one can put on guidance. The lucky ones are the ones born into Islam and who die in Islam.

Allah foretells that when pious Muslims make to heaven, they will acknowledge that it if weren't Allah's kindness and generosity, they wouldn't be able to find on their own to what they met as their fate. Hence faith being the biggest gift the creator can grant to men.

"................ Praise to Allāh, who has guided us to this; and we would never have been guided if Allāh had not guided us. Certainly the messengers of our Lord had come with the truth." And they will be called, "This is Paradise, which you have been made to inherit for what you used to do."7:43

It man's loss to live faithless.
