I doubt that as Somalia state development or rebuilding of the institution is being held up hostage by PL and now other states are joining in doing that with no foreseeable progress in the governing of the nation.

Deni has surrendered hence why the World Bank has recently released hundreds of millions of projects and grants that were held up sicne February but he’s keeping it quiet till he can forcefully stay in power beyond January. Ethiopians aren't xoolo like Somalis are and the country's only access to sea was taken off from them after Eritreans started a 30 year long of independence struggle.

PL isn't even integrated in the security aspect of Somalia as they have their own security forces independent from Xamar.
