I saw another vid on TikTok with the city looking fine with no signs of destruction as matter of fact mortars mostly hit buildings closer to the base which were already abandoned and turned into barracks

I highly doubt it. We've seen the damages on the water facility amongst other critical infrastructure like the main hospital of the city being shelled countless of times. It surely wasn't coincidental, lol.
