Wow. miskiin, not a single degmo is cleared of thugs yet. Only the xafado next to the airport and parts of Hodan.I have fam in xamar. There aint no gov control at all in their neighbourhoods. War the gov only controls all the neighbourhoods around Villa somalia, port and airport. Basically around 5 districts. The remaining 12 has no gov presence. All the district commisioners live in hotels around maka al mukarama. every gov gets hyped in the beginning. I'm not against the gov i'm just realistic.
